ONLINE COUNSELING

Counseling involves taking the time to explore the darkness of your emotions, the complexities of your life, your past, and your future, finding a way to help you live your fullest life.

Using the tools around us, we can provide counseling to you or your loved one right from the comfort of your own home.

  • Video conferencing - Using online conferencing, we’re able to meet face to face, talk about what’s on your mind, and help you resolve your concerns.

  • Telephone - A phone call is often all we need to take the next step in our journey through our worries and concerns.

  • Text messages - A little message the right time can change the trajectory of our whole day, even our whole life. Your counselor will help you with the speed of messaging.

  • Email - Email is a great way to do counseling. Those messages are there when you need them and can be printed, reviewed, and responded to any time you can.

From your initial intake to your diagnosis to your consistent counseling sessions, everything can happen right from your home, your office, or even a city park.

Online counseling from the counselors at HCO Behavioral Health Services can change your life for the better - with the convenience of staying right at home or work.
